I'm a neighbor to a house that these guys are working on. Our family is beyond grateful that our neighbor chose these guys. We have watched them jack up the house, completely remove the existing foundation, rebuild a new foundation, put in an egress, glass block windows, and then waterproofed it all. They demoed the garage floor and existing driveway as well. Today they just got done pouring the cement...five minutes after they finished the cement, a kid decided to cut through it on his bike. The Guys response was one full of integrity. He helped the kid out and showed him kindness. Wow! A lesson in humanity! During this entire process they have been respectful of our property-this is how neighbors remain neighborly, when the contractors hired respect the homes around them. If I could go back a few years to when I had my home waterproofed, I would have went with them. They are young enough to work the hours they put in, but old enough to have the wisdom of knowing the value of a good name! I'd leave 10 stars if I could!!! See more See less
This is our house! We have had 3 fairly hard rains since this has been installed! Zero water has went into our garage! Sean and his team did a A+ job. These guys are top notch, I highly recommend. I just bought a house and within 2 weeks my basement flooded.. within 3 it flooded twice so I posted locally around 530am looking for recommendations on waterproofing companies because this clearly this wasn’t a one off. By 7 that morning this young man was at my door. By 730 he had diagnosed the problem and had a plan in place to fix it. Just a few days later they had it done, in just one day. They worked tirelessly in my ridiculously hot and humid basement without many(if any) breaks. Do not sleep on this company these young men care! They are understanding, professional and polite. He took every call and answered every question, replied to every text within a few hours. I always knew what was going on or what to expect. He followed up after the next big rain to make sure things were working as they should. Customer service like that really doesn’t exist anymore… I waited a few weeks to review The Guys because I wanted to make sure I gave an honest review and after the rain we’ve had I can confirm they did exactly what I paid them for. Shawn and his crew are AMAZING!! I love our new yard. When we purchased our home in February, we had a vision of what it would look like but did not know how or want to do the "hard" work ourselves. Words can not express how happy I am with the job The Guys Landscaping & Concrete repair did. We had 6 underground gutter downspouts and a sump pump discharge line. Sean was able to thankfully fit us in before we had our sprinklers scheduled. He & his crew were all wonderful, kind, and hard workers. Really did an amazing job.
